After a cold, you need to stay at home for at least a couple of days, and natural remedies will help you recover. If you’re bones sting and you have a runny nose, it is very useful to drink forest raspberry tea. Raspberries promote sweating, reduce fever and pain, have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, and are therefore used in colds and respiratory diseases such as angina, influenza, bronchitis. Raspberries are rich in vitamins (C, E, P, B1, B9, PP) minerals (iron, copper, phosphorus, iodine), fiber, pectins and organic acids such as salicyl. 

You will need: 

Forest raspberry branches 
Water
A teaspoon of honey 
A slice of lemon 

Chop forest raspberry branches into 5-7 cm long sticks. Take a handful of dried crushed forest raspberry twigs. Boil the twigs in boiling water for 3min. Then  dilute half a glass of extract whit hot water. Then you can do it to your owne taste. I put a teaspoon of honey and a slice of lemon.
